  9. Lead time. Lead time is the time it takes to fulfill an order. By breaking it down, you can discover inefficiencies in the process.
  10. Work-in-process inventory. WIP measures the value of products that are in the process of being manufactured at any given time.
  11. Cycle time. Cycle time is the time it takes to complete one production step, e.g. the assembly of a table.
  12. Throughput time. Throughput time is the time it takes for a product to flow through the whole value-added manufacturing process.
